Final Pages of the Final Edit

I always get a good laugh at the Final, Very Final, Very Very Final edit files of authors. I know the feeling. But over the years I’ve developed a method, and I can tell you, I’m on the Final edit of the ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) of Book II: Memory Key. That means I’m less than a week away from ordering a final proof and on schedule for release by the end of May. I can’t wait! Did you miss out on Book I? You can order it HERE…there’s still time to read it before Book II is here. Get it now!

It must be torture, but a good kind of torture. I edit a professional newsletter – now online so I shouldn’t call it a newsletter – anyway, I have an inkling.

    1. To me the only hard part if the impatience at wanting it to be done and released. I actually enjoy editing, for the most part. I like the process of making things right and/or better. And it’s fun to get lost in the story again. But it’s long and hard work, without a doubt.

I like the process, too – it takes a certain kind of mind…. πŸ˜‰
